===============================================Aceste acte si activitati, tin de parcursul academic al studentului
pe perioada cat acesta urmeaza cursurile unei Facultati din cadrul
Universitatii "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" din Iasi si au caracter didactic
ceea ce inseamna ca se arhiveaza atat in format electronic cat si pe
suport de hartie.
Perioada de arhivare este cuoascuta de personalul din Departamentul Secretariat
al fiecarei Facultati cat si cel din Arhiva Universitatii.
Chiar daca studentii au situatii de intrerupere sau suspendare a
activitatii didactice, parcursul academic inregistrat pana la momentul
intreruperii sau suspendarii, este inregistrat si arhivat.

=========================================================Arhivarea in format electronic se face de catre platforma de
e-learning (https://e-learning.fssp.uaic.ro) si de catre
persoana ce o intretine, administratorul acesteia.
Scopul este de a putea face dovada activitatii la cursuri a
studentilor in fata Comisiei ARACIS prin generarea de diverse statistici
cat si a studentilor la cerere.
